By accessing, browsing, or using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Website and Services.

1.2 Definitions

For the purpose of these T&C, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• “Supplier” refers to third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.

1.3 Eligibility

1.3.1 To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Ensure that all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and comply with the requirements of the destination country.

1.3.2 Bookings made on behalf of minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

1.4 Bookings & Confirmations

1.4.1 Booking Process:

• Bookings can be made via our Website, email ( safaljourneytourandtravel@gmail.com), or customer support (+918368667756).
• All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation from Suppliers.

1.4.2 Confirmation:

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon issuance of a booking confirmation email/invoice from  Safal Journey Tour And Travel.
• Users must verify all details (dates, names, destinations) upon receipt of the confirmation. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

1.4.3 Group Bookings & Custom Packages:

• Special terms may apply for group bookings (10+ passengers) or customized itineraries.
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50%) may be required for group reservations.

1.5 Pricing & Payments

1.5.1 Currency & Pricing:

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are dynamic and subject to change due to:
  • Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
  • Changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or airline/hotel pricing.
  • Seasonal demand or blackout dates.

1.5.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
• Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Bank Transfers

1.5.3 Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for last-minute reservations (within 7 days of travel).
• Partial payments (deposits) may be accepted for advance bookings, with the balance due 30 days before departure.

1.6 Cancellations & Refunds

1.6.1 Cancellation by User:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email ( safaljourneytourandtravel@gmail.com).
• The following cancellation charges apply:

1.6.2 Non-Refundable Components:

• Instant-purchase airline tickets, special promotional rates, visa fees, and insurance premiums are typically non-refundable.

1.6.3 Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
• Bank processing times may apply (additional 3-5 days).
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

1.7 Amendments & Changes

1.7.1 Amendment Requests:

• Requests for changes (dates, names, destinations) must be made in writing.
• Amendments are subject to Supplier approval and availability.

1.7.2 Amendment Fees:

• Flight changes: ₹1,000–₹5,000 + airline penalties.
• Hotel modifications: Subject to hotel policy.

1.8 Travel Insurance

• Strongly recommended to cover:
  • Trip cancellations/interruptions.
  • Medical emergencies abroad.
  • Lost/delayed baggage.
•  Safal Journey Tour And Travel is not liable for incidents not covered by insurance.

1.9 Visa & Travel Documents

• Users are solely responsible for securing valid travel documents.
•  Safal Journey Tour And Travel provides advisory support but does not guarantee visa approval.

1.10 Liability & Responsibility

1.10.1 Limitation of Liability:

•  Safal Journey Tour And Travel acts as an intermediary between Users and Suppliers.
• Not liable for:
  • Supplier defaults (flight delays, hotel overbookings).
  • Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics).
  • Loss/theft of personal belongings.

1.10.2 Force Majeure:

•  Safal Journey Tour And Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen events (war, terrorism, government restrictions).

1.11 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passport/visa details.
• No fraudulent transactions permitted.

1.12 Intellectual Property

• All Website content (logos, text, images) is proprietary to  Safal Journey Tour And Travel.

1.13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These T&C are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes shall be resolved in New Delhi courts.
