This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel bookings made through  Safal Journey Tour And Travel (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It governs cancellations across all our service categories, including tour packages, transportation, accommodations, and ancillary services.

This policy is issued in accordance with:

• Best practices followed by licensed travel agents and agencies in India
  
  

By confirming a booking with  Safal Journey Tour And Travel, the customer (“you,” “your,” or “traveler”) agrees to abide by the cancellation terms contained herein, as well as any specific conditions that apply to individual service providers.

2. Method of Cancellation Submission

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to maintain proper records and ensure transparency. Cancellations will be considered valid only if they meet the following requirements:

  • Booking ID or invoice number
    
    
  • Registered mobile number and email address
    
    
  • Clear reason for the cancellation request
    
    

Note:

• Verbal cancellations, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or cancellation requests sent through chat support or social media are not accepted for formal processing.
  
  
• All cancellation requests will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, you are advised to follow up.
  
  

3. Standard Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation fee structure applies to most domestic and international travel bookings, unless specified otherwise in the invoice or booking contract:

• The above charges apply per traveler unless the package is non-divisible.
  
  
• Convenience fees, bank charges, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  
  
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after deducting applicable charges and will be issued as per our Refund Policy timelines.
  
  

4. Special Conditions and Exemptions

4.1 Non-Refundable Components

Certain elements of your booking may be completely non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. These may include but are not limited to:

• Instant-purchase or non-refundable airline tickets
  
  
• “Early bird” or “advance purchase” hotel bookings
  
  
• Visa processing fees, government charges, or embassy submission fees
  
  
• Travel insurance premiums
  
  
• Event or attraction tickets marked non-refundable at the time of purchase
  
  

4.2 Group Travel & Fixed Departures

For group tours or fixed departure packages, special cancellation terms may apply as agreed upon in your group travel agreement. In such cases, the terms outlined in the group contract or quotation will override this general policy.

• Group cancellation terms may include stage-wise penalties, including forfeiture of deposits.

4.3 Partial Cancellations

Partial cancellations (e.g., one member out of a multi-person booking canceling) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to:

• Per-person service cost breakdown
  
  
• Supplier-specific constraints
  
  

We reserve the right to decline partial cancellations if operationally unfeasible or commercially unjustifiable.

5. Cancellations by  Safal Journey Tour And Travel

 Safal Journey Tour And Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking—partially or fully—due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, including:

• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, weather disruptions, epidemics, terrorism, political unrest, or government-imposed travel bans.
  
  
• Operational Disruption: Low participation in group tours, technical errors, or vendor unavailability.
  
  
• Service Provider Failure: Inability of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to deliver the confirmed service.
  
  

In such cases, customers will be offered:

• A full refund of the amount paid (minus any irreversible third-party costs), or
  
  
• Alternate travel arrangements of equal or greater value, subject to availability and customer consent
  
  

 Safal Journey Tour And Travel shall not be liable for any additional compensation, emotional damages, loss of opportunity, or consequential losses resulting from such cancellations.

6. Important Legal Notices

• Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, or differences arising out of cancellations and refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
  
  
• Limitation of Liability:  Safal Journey Tour And Travel’s total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the disputed booking, excluding non-refundable components.
  
  
• Force Majeure Disclaimer:  Safal Journey Tour And Travel shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control.
  
  
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to decline or delay cancellation/refund requests if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of terms.
  
  

7. Policy Modification and Review

This Cancellation Policy is subject to periodic review and may be modified at the sole discretion of  Safal Journey Tour And Travel without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our official website and shall be effective immediately upon publication.
